It is through this journey that I have been able to really come to terms with the way adhesion (knots) affects our day-to-day life and how to overcome pain cycles in the body. I've excelled in sports at provincial and national levels, represented my country as an Olympic Squad Swimmer, placed 4th in the World in Fitness Bodybuilding, and mastered the stage in Professional Musical Theatre, learning from and working with some of the top performers in South Africa. With over 6 years of dedicated Gymnastic strength conditioning focused training, I stand fully empowered to help you take your performance and quality of life to the next level. Every opportunity has pushed me to evolve and grow. With over 10 years of dedicated experience in Personal Training, Sports Specific Conditioning, Nutrition, and reducing symptoms of pain and enhancing performance, I've channeled my passion and expertise into a dynamic service that blends science, cutting-edge techniques, and proven methodologies.
